An Introduction to Current TakeNote General Manager Pedro Bobrow

Pedro Bobrow ('20) grew up in São Paulo, Brazil surrounded by entrepreneurial spirit. His father began a sock business after graduating college and has since expanded its production to include pajama sets and flip-flops. From a young age, Pedro appreciated the value that entrepreneurs contribute to their customers' lives and decided he would rather manage his own business than write reports about other companies.
Given his affinity for entrepreneurship, SAI's mission of providing students with first-hand experience running a business resonated with Pedro, and he was sold from the start. As he learned more about the individual businesses, Pedro recognized TakeNote's room for growth and creative development, which led him to apply for general manager. Through his experience managing TakeNote, Pedro has learned "what it takes to run day-to-day operations" and how to apply knowledge from the classroom to the real world.
Pedro will spend the summer in Ithaca participating in the Life Changing Labs Incubator to kickstart Suna Breakfast, a breakfast delivery service targeting college students. Suna offers busy college students a convenient alternative to skipping breakfast. Students simply place a breakfast order online the night before and select a five-minute delivery window, allowing Suna to optimize the delivery route overnight and deliver a perfectly timed hot breakfast to each customer in the morning. "Suna", Brazilian slang meaning "chill" or "cool", incorporates Pedro's Brazilian roots into the start-up.
For Pedro, eHub has provided a "space to create, bloom, and foster ideas" as well as encouragement to pursue entrepreneurship beyond college. He looks forward to his increased involvement with Student Agencies Foundation through the LCL Incubator this summer.
